Black Star is a limited liability corporation formed in the United Kingdom in 2009. Its domicile is London, England. In September, 2009 it is merging with Telecommunications Information Systems Africa, Ltd., a Ghanaian Corporation, which has been developing an Internet solution for Ghana since 2003.
