Join us at Casitas de San Juanico, our newly built four room motel. Share a beer with your friends in the communal courtyard, gaze at a blanket of evening stars, rent a panga, try your hand at rock fishing, or a grab a surfboard ride and paddlle into some incredible waves.
San Juanico is a small fishing village located 600 miles south of San Diego. A world class surfing destination with seven point breaks, "Scorpion Bay" as it is also known, draws an international crowd of those seeking some of the best waves in the world.A quirky town where colorful gringo residences are sprinkled between local homes, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. With an extensive coastline of grey sands and clear waters, San Juanico is a perfect spot for beachcombing, shell hunting, sun bathing, fishing - and of course, surfing.
Small family run restaurants offer a selection of dining opportunites, and several local markets provide needed
provisions.
Snuggle in for an afternoon nap in one of our comfy beds with 100% cotton sheets. We are dog friendly, have ample off-street behind the gate parking, and can share our local knowledge - as well as some of the magic of our town.
We have 4 very special units : 2 casitas that accomodate 2 people, and 2 casitas that accomodate 4, with king and queen sized beds. An outdoor community kitchen will come online in December, 2010, as well as a killer three story house with 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a private courtyard and a killer view of the surf.
